Could Chrome save HTML files with my inspector changes?

I wonder, if I add and delete a bunch of HTML and CSS to a web document in Google Chrome's inspector, is there a way to save that whole thing?

I think it's gonna be...
not the Save page command, that'll just copy the original document.

Maybe the show HTML and then I copy & paste!
